We focus on small, achievable steps and can also connect you with helpful community services.

 My role is to assist individuals in addressing any health and wellbeing challenges they may face. I support behavior change through evidence-based strategies designed to improve health outcomes and connect individuals with relevant community services as appropriate.

 My roles support adults to manage life well, achieving health goals one little change at a time: eating, sleeping, moving, stress & weight management, alcohol, smoking, longterm conditions including diabetes, pre-diabetes, and high blood pressure & cholesterol.
