Connected to Torbay Medical Centre, our private laboratory collection service provides a professional, friendly, and efficient experience—with appointments available to keep waiting times to a minimum. Instead of taking a number and hoping the queue moves quickly, you can book a time that suits you and be seen promptly.

We're also excited to share that the laboratory is moving back to its original street-front location at the front of Torbay Medical Centre. This dedicated collection room offers even easier access directly from the car park, making your visit quicker and more convenient than ever. Whether you're dropping in before work, during your lunch break, or on your way home, getting to your appointment will be simple and stress-free.

Our experienced phlebotomist, Cheryl, has been caring for the Torbay community for many years and is well known for her warm, reassuring approach. Whether it's your first blood test or you're a regular visitor, you'll be in capable and caring hands.

Following changes last year to government funding, our community laboratory is now privately operated. To keep this valuable local service available, a $15 collection fee applies ($10 for CSC holders).
